Along with our colleagues at Parnassus, the consortium of experts at RRC have rigorously examined the impact of international trade on local economies, evaluated the importance of internal transportation systems, assessed a country’s competitive advantages, studied various forms of export and import agreements and observed attributes and characteristics of pools of skilled and unskilled workers. The consortium has examined the impact of restrictions on businesses, the failures of property right enforcement and the overall effect of entrepreneurial activities.
